Latin Bites is definitely a favorite of ours. When we’re not enjoying their empanadas or plantains, we’re all about the Big Papi Sandwich. It’s a 14” Cuban bread filled with roasted pork, Swiss cheese, ham, mustard, and pickles, perfectly toasted and delicious. It’s a must-try! It’s always service with a smile with Latin Bites!
Another truck we really love is The Little Sicilian. They make Arancini, or “rice balls,” and honestly, we’ve tried them all and can’t choose a favorite! You’ve got to try a few—they’re super filling! The Classico Riceballs are packed with ground beef, sauce, mozzarella cheese, and sweet peas. The Pizza Riceballs come with tasty tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, and the Chicken Parm Riceballs are loaded with breaded chicken, mozzarella, Romano cheese, and tomato sauce. They’re all delicious!

Meet the Master Foodies! They’ve been to a few of our Thursday events but you may not have tried them yet. If you haven’t checked out Master Foodies yet, you’re missing out! They whip up the best comfort foods that’ll give you memories to last a lifetime. One of our top picks is their Reuben—it’s seriously amazing! Just look at that thing! YUM! It’s everything you could want in a classic Reuben, and then some.
1785 Farm Dog will have their cart setup, as well as their brick & mortar right here on Main Street. Now – while our favorite dog there is the “hay stack” this pic of their “Dirty Jerz” dog was just too amazing not to use! We’re going to be trying this one for sure! Farm Dog takes hot dogs to another level. They also make loaded ice cream & waffles, amazing lemonades, and more! Their hot dogs are actually locally made, as the lovely people behind Farm Dog are also behind Medford Cattle Farm! Talk about locally sourced!!
Another Main Street Food Truck favorite of ours is Dan’s Waffles! He serves up chicken & waffles with different sauce options, and you have to try the maple bacon—it’s seriously amazingggggg! If you’ve got a sweet tooth, his dessert waffles with ice cream are a must-try (because waffles and ice cream? Yes, please!). And if waffles aren’t your thing, no worries—he’s got homemade mac & cheese with all kinds of toppings. Honestly, it’s hard to choose!
Well, Medford, I know we’ve all been begging for a Chick-fil-A in town for as long as I can remember, and while a brick-and-mortar spot isn’t in the cards just yet, we’ve got the next best thing! Our friends over at the Marlton Chick-fil-A are rolling in with their food truck, bringing all the Chick-fil-A goodness right to us! I mean, who doesn’t want to eat more chicken?! I wonder if the cow is coming?!
Welcoming a Medford Business – Taqueria El Mexicano to the Main Street Food Truck Lineup! Already located on 176 Rt 70 in the shopping plaza across from Acme. I’m gonna be totally real – the only thing I’ve tried from here is their Birria Tacos. I’ve ordered them dozens of times, and they’re SO good that I haven’t ventured off that menu item just yet haha! I need to broaden my horizons for sure. If any of you take some pics of your meal at Taqueria, tag us so we can see! I am a creature of habit & tend to stick with my favs, and they are def my fav! What else should we try?
If you’re craving some seriously good BBQ, you have to check out Smokin’ Addiction BBQ truck! They’re local, right from Medford Lakes, and they’re award-winning in competition BBQ. The menu is packed with mouthwatering options—pulled pork sandwiches, pulled chicken sandwiches, smoked brisket sandwiches, creamy mac-n-cheese (or topped with meat if you’re going all out), and cornbread. And if you’re lucky, they’ll have their St. Louis ribs on deck!
