It feels like forever since we last enjoyed those late-night bites from our favorite rolling kitchens. But fret no more, because this Thursday marks the official return of Medford's Food Truck Night! Picture this: live music, twinkling lights, and a vibrant crowd buzzing with excitement as they navigate a delicious smorgasbord of options.

- Vampire Penguin: Calling all dessert lovers! This truck brings the chill with their incredible shaved snow creations. Indulge in the Cookies & Cream Snow – a mountain of fluffy snow topped with condensed milk, Oreo pieces, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream. It's pure bliss on a cone!
- Cousins Maine Lobster: Get ready for a taste of the coast! Cousins Maine Lobster serves up authentic lobster rolls, both Maine style (cold) and Connecticut style (warm with butter). I’m personally a Connecticut Roll girl, but I wouldn't say no to a Maine Roll either!
- Latin Bites: Craving something savory and flavorful? Latin Bites brings the heat with their Puerto Rican & Cuban fusion cuisine. Their empanadas are a must-try – filled with delicious combinations of meat, cheese, and spices.
- The Little Sicilian: Bringing the heat (and the cheese!) to Medford's Food Truck Night with their mouthwatering Arancini. These crispy rice balls are packed with gooey mozzarella and other delicious fillings, making them a perfect bite-sized treat.
